She comes from a country music background, given her dad Billy Ray’s success, and now Miley Cyrus is set to perform at the 44th Annual Country Music Awards.
The 16-year-old starlet is scheduled to take the stage at the April 5th event and sing her hit “The Climb” from the “Hannah Montana: The Movie” soundtrack.
After her awesome duet with Taylor Swift at the Grammy Awards earlier this year, many of Miley’s fans are wondering if she’s looking to do a Jessica Simpson-style crossover into the world of country music.
And Miss Cyrus will be in good company at this year’s CMAs as Lady Antebellum, Reba McEntire, John Rich, Lee Ann Womack, and Jamey Johnson are all scheduled to perform.
