Miley Cyrus: Ready to Rock Z100 Zootopia

Ready to rock in a purple and black skull 'n bones outfit, Miley Cyrus was on hand at Z100's Zootopia 2008 Z-Village Pre-Show at the IZOD Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey on Saturday (May 17).

And while she still carries a fan base that would make most entertainers drool, the Disney tween queen has been fighting a bit of negative press as of late.

Most recently, it was reported by Gossip Girls that a band called Lustra is considering legal action against Cyrus for stealing one of their songs.

Since that time, a spokesperson for Cyrus responded to the allegations, saying: "She doesn't write the songs - she sings them. We have referred this to Disney."

According to the New York Post, the band "is considering various options to rectify the situation."
