Helping her mom de-stress, Miley Cyrus gave Tish a shoulder massage while waiting for a healthy smoothie at Robeks in Toluca Lake on Monday (March 16).

The Disney starlet patiently waited for her frozen treat following a few hours spent working her magic in the recording studio.

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Miss Cyrus had quite the busy weekend, as she spent both Saturday and Sunday out with her underwear model beau Justin Gaston.

Just yesterday, the twosome teamed up with Miley's parents and "Hannah Montana" co-star Emily Osment for a romp around Pasadena following a trip to church.
