He’s been on top of the world ever since his massive comeback in “The Wrestler,” and now Mickey Rourke is engaged to be married.

The “Sin City” stud reportedly popped the question to his Russian model girlfriend Elena Kuletskaya over dinner recently, and she lovingly accepted his proposal.

Mickey (57) and Elena (24) have been dating for several months and are planning to tie the knot in a beautiful ceremony this April in Moscow, Russia.

An inside source revealed, "They haven't booked a venue or made any solid plans. He just knows he wants to do it in April, and he's been asking what is involved in a traditional Russian wedding ceremony."
