Melanie Brown Dances Her Way To Happiness

After spending the past few months publicly feuding with "deadbeat dad" Eddie Murphy, Melanie Brown has turned things around and is embracing a positive outlook on life.

The Spice Girl was all smiles as she made her debut on the hit ABC show "Dancing With The Stars" last night. Wearing a leopard-print ensemble, Mel B "cha-cha-cha'd her way to an impressive 24 as she shook her curvy, new-mom body with partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy."

Besides dancing it up, Scary Spice has also been busy interviewing about topics concerning her personal life.

While she's currently challenging Murphy for child support for their five month old daughter Angel, Melanie told Jet magazine recently: “I have nothing bad to say about him - the guy that he was when I was with him. He was nice. Really nice. Since I’ve left, I don’t know that person so I can’t comment on that.”

And of her new marriage to Stephen Belafonte, Melanie gushed, “We’ve been through a very similar roller coaster with life, friends and experience. You know how someone makes themselves a better person every time you see them? That’s him. I have complete respect for someone that can take the best bits out of the crap bits and make it all blossom.”
