Mel Gibson Accuser: Full of Lies?

After interviewing a man who accused Mel Gibson of tearing his shirt upon trying to take a picture of the actor at Playhouse in Hollywood, cops are certain it is a lie.

The latest reports tell that police believe it was impossible for Gibson to have even made contact with the man and that Gibson was at a booth with his pregnant girlfriend and could not have grabbed the guy’s shirt.

The so called victim was also asked to walk away and leave the area at least three times before the alleged incident took place. Security also told him that photography was not allowed in the club – to which he did not listen.

Witnesses also matched the story given by security guards, making it pretty clear he made up allegations of battery. Also noted was that no one saw his shirt ripped when he left the club.

Cops say it is a civil matter, at most, but do not expect to even have an interview take place with Gibson.
