Matthew Treats Camila to Post-Baby Birthday Dinner

Showing off her already-trim post-baby body, Camila Alves was treated to a romantic dinner on the town by actor boyfriend Matthew McConaughey on Thursday night (January 28).

Celebrating Miss Alves' 28th birthday, the well-dressed lovers headed into the ritzy BeauRivage Restaurant for a little Mediterranean cuisine in Malibu, California.

Earlier in the day, Matthew was hard at work - as the "Fool's Gold" hunk strutted his stuff in a tux during a photo shoot on Zuma Beach.

Always the gentleman, Mr McConaughey kindly stopped for a pack of young ladies for a fan photo op while rolling around the set on his John Deere cart before continuing along with the day's duties.
