Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen: Union Square Sexy

They’re always looking for ways to broaden their portfolio, and earlier this week Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen were spotted launching their new clothing line Olsenboye.

The “Full House” hotties celebrated their new collection by selling clothes from the JC Penny line out of an ice cream truck-style van in New York City’s Union Square.

In related news, it sounds like Mary Kate is gearing up to marry her boyfriend Nate Lowman by having her attorney draw up an ironclad prenuptial agreement.

The $900 million document is almost done, according to a source, and will protect the pint-sized mogul from losing her fortune in the event of a divorce. Of course, her rep says it isn’t true.
