Making the most of her time overseas, Mandy Moore was spotted at the opening night of the 6th Annual Dubai International Film Festival.

The “All Good Things” songstress looked lovely as she posed for the paparazzi in a sexy black dress complete with blinged-out earrings.

The 6th Annual Dubai International Film Festival is being held at the Madinat Jumeriah Complex in the United Arab Emirates and is expected to draw celebrities from all over the world.

Scheduled to run from December 9th til the 16th, the DIFF will showcase some of the hottest up-and-coming films from around the globe.
