Madonna Ventures Out Amidst Adoption Woes

Following a long week in Malawi, Madonna was spotted unwinding with a swanky dinner at Cecconi’s Italian restaurant in London, England last night (April 6).

Joined by gal pal/fashion designer Stella McCartney, the “Like a Virgin” songstress looked to be having a marvelous time, sporting a black and white dress with tall black leather boots and a cut on her left arm.

Unfortunately for her, Madge was denied the right to adopt 3-year-old orphan Mercy James in a Malawi court ruling this past Friday morning.

But according to Madonna’s lawyer, this case is far from over. Madonna plans on appealing the decision and will likely engage in a lengthy court case.
