Madonna: Still a Big Earner

She’s one of the most influential singers in the music industry, and Madonna is showing no signs of slowing down.

According to Forbes magazine, the 50-year-old singer is the world’s highest-earning musician.

The “Holiday” hitmaker raked in an estimated $110 million between June 2008 and June 2009, thanks to the success of her Sticky & Sweet world tour.

Celine Dion came in second, earning $100 million and Beyoncé, who is currently on her I Am … Sasha Fierce tour, placed third, after earning $87 million in the same time period.
Bruce Springsteen, Kenny Chesney and Coldplay also made the list.
