Madonna Helps Italian Earthquake Victims

Moving along as she eagerly awaits word on her adoption appeal, Madonna was spotted leaving The Chepstow Pub in Notting Hill on Tuesday night (April 7).

The Queen of Pop was out grabbing dinner at Assaggi Restaurant, joined by an unknown male acquaintance who made a separate exit from the London eatery.

In related news, the recent earthquake which struck the Abruzzo region of Italy on Monday has seemed to have stuck a cord with Madonna - as she has donated an amount reportedly near $500,000 to the relief efforts.

"I am happy to lend a helping hand to the town that my ancestors are from," Madge told press. "My heart goes out to the families that have lost loved ones or their homes."
