Lindsay Lohan's New Man: Tony Allen?

While she's been busy defending herself from a lawsuit filed by Raymundo Ortega, Lindsay Lohan's rumored new boyfriend has been busy talking to press.

Tony Allen, who befriended the Mean Girls starlet at the Cirque Lodge rehab facility she checked into earlier this summer, recently gushed, "We're great friends." And while he didn't confirm that a relationship was in place, Mr. Allen is believed to be the object of LiLo's affection, which she constantly writes about in letters to friends.

According to the latest reports, Allen recently checked out of the Cirque Lodge facility. Upon leaving, his first line of business was to set the record straight. Speaking to Extra, he told, "We share a common affliction and we just talk about life sometimes."

Also in the conversation, LiLo's former rehab mate insists that reports of the Georgia Rule actress failing a drug test while in treatment were completely false, stating, "Positively, absolutely none of that is true... She's getting better every day."

We sure hope so!
