She just loves to be pampered, and last evening (April 24) Lindsay Lohan was spotted making yet another trip to Andy Lecompte Hair Salon in Beverly Hills.

The “Mean Girls” gal looked to be a bit annoyed as she made her way inside, sporting a black and white striped scoopneck top with black leggings and black flats.

Afterwards, it was off to reunite with Samantha Ronson for a late night rendezvous.

The on-again-off-again pair ended up staying the night together – with both spotted exiting the house early this morning (April 25).
