Lindsay Lohan Makes It a Magnolia Night

Continuing on with her high-profile lifestyle, Lindsay Lohan was spotted on her way out of Magnolia restaurant in Hollywood last night following a delicious dinner with friends.

The “Labor Pains” actress looked focused as she pushed past the paparazzi, sporting a black leather jacket overtop a black mini with black leggings and a pair of black heels.

And it sounds like LiLo is being roped into her girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s lawsuit with her former lawyer Martin Garbus, who Ronson had initially hired to sue celebrity blogger Perez Hilton.

Sam is suing Garbus for malpractice, and he’s counter-suing her for unpaid fees. And according to a report, the lesbian lovers’ private lives could come out in the court proceedings if they’re not careful.

Garbus’ attorneys are reportedly using Lohan as a witness in the case, and have requested information regarding their relationship, finances, drug use, alleged rehab stays, and even copies of the text messages and emails between them.
