Lindsay Lohan Leaves Rehab

Lindsay Lohan has officially checked out of the Cirque Lodge rehab center that's been her home for the past 9+ weeks.

The Mean Girls actress was spotted wearing a short black dress as she and her dad, Michael Lohan, hauled out the luggage and loaded up a white Hummer.

From this point, it's still uncertain what the near future holds for LiLo. But it appears that outpatient care may be on the agenda.

A People source told the magazine, "She's finished the program. Lindsay is done, but she may come back for outpatient treatment. She over-extended her stay because she wanted to. She could have been out awhile ago, but she chose to stay."
