Lindsay Lohan Dances the Night Away

Following a stop at the Mercedes-Benz Oscar party, Lindsay Lohan continued along with her night on the town as she headed over to Madonna's post-Oscars fete on Sunday (February 22).

Accompanied by her DJ lover Samantha Ronson, the "Mean Girls" starlet reportedly did a little drinking as she chatted with fellow party guest Penelope Cruz.

LiLo then gave her full attention to Miss Ronson, as the duo danced until 4am before calling it a night and returning home.

Meanwhile, Lindsay once again found herself talking about her declining weight at the Mercedes-Benz bash.

"I haven't changed my eating habits," she told press. "I go to yoga once a week, but I don't go more than that because I'm too lazy."
