Lindsay Lohan: Boulevard 3 Party Girl

Looking exhausted from her day, Lindsay Lohan was spotted leaving Boulevard 3 in Hollywood, CA in teh wee hours of Wednesday morning (December 16).

The “Labor Pains” actress did not seem pleased to see the paparazzi as she exited the bar and jumped into a waiting vehicle.

LiLo had quite the busy day as she hit up a “Black Eyed Peas” party, and earlier in the day had a holiday lunch for her 6126 Leggings Collection staff in Beverly Hills at E. Baldi.

According to an insider, Ms Lohan thanked her talented staff with special holiday treats, candy, and Santa cupcakes, while giving everyone a bag of goodies, which included a donation to the Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles.
