Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson's Miami Getaway

Her summer has consisted of a grueling filming schedule for her upcoming movie “Labor Pains,” so it’s no wonder Lindsay Lohan is taking some much-deserved time off in Miami.

Joined by girlfriend Samantha Ronson, LiLo was spotted jetting out of Los Angeles, California early Monday morning on her way to the southern Florida city, and later in the day both gals were spotted sipping drinks (non-alcoholic, hopefully!) by the hotel pool.

With California’s lift on the gay marriage ban, you gotta wonder if these two are ever going to fess up to their relationship and tie the knot. And if they ever do, Michael Lohan says he will probably steer clear of the whole ordeal.

He told press, “I haven’t heard anything (about an upcoming wedding) from Lindsay, but if she was marrying Sam, I don’t think she’d ask me to walk her down the aisle. She knows about my (Christian) faith … she just wouldn’t ask. I want her to be happy and healthy and stay on the right path. If I discuss (her relationship), I say that I want her to be happy.”
