Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson: Karu & Y Couple

Just having arrived in the sunshine state a few hours earlier, Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson didn't waste any time before hitting up the Miami nightlife.

The "Mean Girls" starlet was spotted partying at the hip nightspot Karu & Y as her British lover tended to her duties as the guest deejay.

The trip to Miami comes amidst legal woes for Samantha, who's involved in a lawsuit with her former lawyer Martin Garbus.

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Sam is suing Garbus for malpractice, and he’s counter-suing her for unpaid fees. And according to a report, LiLo and Sam's private lives could come out in the court proceedings if they’re not careful.

Garbus’ attorneys are reportedly planning on using Lindsay as a witness in the case, and have requested information regarding their relationship, finances, drug use, alleged rehab stays, and even copies of the text messages and emails between them.
