Lily Allen's Blonde Ambitions

Showing off her new blonde look, Lily Allen was out and about shopping for some new bling at a Central London jeweler on Tuesday (April 8).

The 22-year-old Smile singer has been keeping busy lately, as she's working on a second album and has a weekly chatshow on TV.

Meanwhile, Lily has just announced that she's pulling out of what was considered a surprise job as one of the experts deciding who would win the Orange Prize For Fiction.

Lily backed out due to "ill health", which kept her from being able to read all of the novels in the category.
