Lily Allen and Kate Moss: Out in London

She’s gearing up for her big career comeback, and last night Lily Allen gave a one-off concert at KOKO in London to promote her new album “It’s Not Me, It’s You.”

The “Smile” songstress looked to be thoroughly enjoying her big night as she was joined by Kate Moss and boyfriend Jamie Hince as they exited the club and headed back to Kate’s home in St. John’s Wood.

As for her recent body transformation, Allen says that keeping a positive outlook on life is her key to staying fit.

She told press, "The only reason I have lost weight is because I comfort eat when I'm not very happy. The last two years, even though I had a lot of success with my first record, I was … getting so drunk. I was on tour with people I didn't know, and I was all around the world working really hard and was really confused and lonely."
