Levi Johnston: Suing for Joint Custody

After having some issues over the weekend, Levi Johnston has decided to take legal action in order to be able to see his son.

According to reports, Bristol Palin’s ex will be filing for joint custody at the end of the month because the Palin family is making it difficult for Johnston to see son, Tripp.

The aspiring actor/model tells press, “It’s not working. I’m done. It’s going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge.”

Levi and Bristol were engaged to be married, but broke off their relationship back in March.

In other news, the 19-year-old debuts a full frontal in December’s issue of “Playgirl.”
