Lauren Conrad: Worn Out at JFK

She had a blast at “The Hills” Season Four Finale party last night at Tavern on the Green in New York City. And this morning Lauren Conrad looked a bit rough as she arrived at JFK International Airport to catch a departing flight.

The MTV darling sported a blue and yellow striped hoodie with slim fit jeans, black flats, and a matching purse/carry-on combo as she made her way through the terminal.

As for her pal Whitney Port's new venture “The City,” LC recently offered some advice out of her own wealth of experience in the world of reality TV.

Lauren commented, "One day at a time is what I told her. She's amazing. She's like Superwoman right now. She's working so hard and she's got this amazing new show. I think it's very overwhelming at first, but you have to take it one day at a time."
