Trying to block her face as her stylists worked on her hairdo, a source at StarzLife.com tells that the "Hills" hottie strolled out only to find a parking ticket waiting on her windshield.

In related news, the bestselling author is set to make a guest appearance on the hit reality show “America’s Next Top Model” in the upcoming fall season.

Conrad will join Tyra Banks, Nigel Barker, and J. Alexander for the September 16th episode. Also on the guest spot this season is celebutante/fashionista Kim Kardashian.
