Lady GaGa Electrifies at the MMVA's

Giving an electrifying performance, Lady GaGa stole the show at the 2009 MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto on Sunday night (June 21).

Clad in a bustier topped with pyrotechnics, the 23-year-old performed a medley of her hits while accompanied by a group of muscular dancers dressed as police officers.

During a night which saw Nickelback take home the most awards, Lady GaGa did end up collecting the best international video artist award for "Poker Face".

Meanwhile, GaGa recently revealed that she's glad that she was born in the 80's rather than the 70's - as she could picture herself getting herself caught up in the hallucinogenic era.

“If I were reincarnated in the 1970s I’m not sure I would’ve made it as a pop star — I would probably have been on acid following the Beatles,” she said. “I love rock stars and there are very little left today but in the 1970s they were running rampant and I would’ve been too.”
