She’s definitely made a name for herself thanks in part to her remarkable backside, but Kim Kardashian's booty doesn’t happen by accident.

Celebrity fitness trainer Ramona Braganza recently explained that having a derriere like Kim’s will cost plenty of time and effort. “Unless you’re genetically gifted, booties definitely take a lot of work to develop.

If you’re up for the challenge, Braganza says there are some exercises that will help to build up things in the bottom region.

Exercises like weighted squats, single-leg lunges, and step-ups will aid in maximizing the gluteus maximus.
