Kim Kardashian Gears Up for Trip to Miami

Keeping busy as she readied for another active weekend, Kim Kardashian was spotted making her way around Los Angeles on Friday (October 23).

Clad in sexy gym gear, the E! reality beauty first fit in an early morning workout before stopping off for some nutritious pastries and a smoothie at Cuvee.

After heading back home and changing into a dressier outfit, Miss Kardashian then joined up with gal pal Brittny Gastineau to do a little shopping at Barneys New York in Beverly Hills.

Later on in the evening, Kim revealed plans to catch a morning flight, tweeting to her followers, "I'm exhausted packing for Miami then passing out!"
