Kelly Rutherford: "Gossip Girl" Gorgeous

All glammed up for the day's filming duties, Kelly Rutherford was spotted on the set of "Gossip Girl" in New York City on Wednesday morning (August 12).

The 40-year-old actress was all decked out in a fancy magenta dress as she chatted with on set workers and sipped on her java pick-me-up.

The sighting comes just one week after the “Gossip Girl” actress and her German businessman ex Daniel Griesch were ordered by the court to share joint legal and physical custody of their children Hermes and Helena.

Plans call for Giersch to relocate from the west coast to New York while “Gossip Girl” films – as he’ll reside in the Hamptons from July 30 through April 5 while Kelly stays in NYC.
