Kelly Osbourne: Fan Favorite

Showing some love to her devoted fans, Kelly Osbourne was spotted signing autographs and posing for pictures outside “Good Morning America” studios this morning (November 25).

The bleached blonde Brit looked to be in good spirits as she greeted her admirers, sporting a grey winter hat with a black coat and black boots.

Last night, Kelly stood by as Donny Osmond was crowned the Season 9 winner of “Dancing with the Stars.” And she says she wasn’t surprised by the verdict.

"Everyone kept coming up to me and saying, 'Are you okay? Are you okay?' And I'm like, 'I never f****ing thought I was going to win anyway!'"
