Katie Holmes: Women in Hollywood Hottie

Taking a break from her motherly duties, Katie Holmes was spotted arriving at the 2009 Elle Women in Hollywood Tribute last night (October 19).

The “Dawson’s Creek” darling gave a coy smile as she strolled past the paparazzi at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills.

Katie opted for a subtly sexy ensemble, sporting a black sheer top over a black bra, paired with a black skirt with a frilly hemline and black heels.

Earlier in the day, Ms. Holmes treated herself to a little retail therapy at the Maxfield boutique in Beverly Hills, where they’ll be selling her Holmes-Yang fashion line.
