Katie Holmes: Last Show of 2008

Braving the snowy winter weather, Katie Holmes headed to work for the last performance of 2008 in her Broadway play "All My Sons".

The former "Dawson's Creek" cutie bundled up in a grey jacket, jeans, black boots and a white scarf as she headed to the Gerald Schoenfeld Theater earlier today (December 31).

Meanwhile, Katie recently received quite the seal of approval from her hubby Tom Cruise, who doted praise on his lady during a recent interview with The Sun.

He tells, "Married life is very good, very lovely. I feel lucky to have Kate as my wife. She's an extraordinary woman. She is funny and smart and she likes the same things that I do. She's a very strong, gracious woman, and a great comedian."

Continuing on, the "Top Gun" stud adds, "I like doing romantic things, such as bringing flowers and surprising her with things. I love candlelit evenings with nice music. If I'm worried about anything, it's if she can keep up with me. I'm very active."
