Katie Holmes and Suri: Umbrella Babes

Enjoying some mother-daughter bonding, Katie Holmes and Suri were spotted on the set of “Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark” earlier today (July 29).

The “Teaching Mrs. Tingle” actress and her adorable toddler looked like a couple of pampered divas as they made use of a personal umbrella-holding assistant as strolled around in the rain.

Ms. Holmes has been in Melbourne, Australia all month for the movie shoot, taking care of her little one while husband Tom Cruise is back in Los Angeles tending to his own affairs.

“Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark” is about a young girl who is sent to live with her father and his new girlfriend and discovers creatures in her new home who want to claim her as one of their own.
