Enjoying a relaxing evening at a Beverly Hills salon, Katherine Heigl was spotted undergoing a six-hour pampering session last night (March 16).

The “Grey’s Anatomy” hottie looked gorgeous as she emerged from the beauty shop to find a swarm of paparazzi eagerly awaiting her exit.

Always dressed to impress, Katherine sported a black and beige jacket overtop a beige button-up blouse with belted jeans and a massive beige handbag.

Heigl’s hubby Josh Kelley recently recorded a song with Ashlee Simpson’s ex Ryan Cabrera called “Tell It Like It Is.” Josh and Ryan will also be touring together this spring.
