Katherine Heigl Hangs with Mom, Loses Co-Star

It’s always nice to see celebrities spending time with family, and yesterday (January 12) Katherine Heigl was all about hanging out with her mother Nancy.

The “Grey’s Anatomy” babe looked cool and casual as she strolled around Beverly Hills with her mom, sporting a hodge-podge outfit consisting of a brown belted cardigan overtop a white scoopneck shirt, with stretch jeans and funky patterned shoes.

Speaking of “Grey’s,” it sounds like new castmember Melissa George who plays Sadie Harris is already packing her bags, having told press that she wants to “do something else.”

She revealed, “It was my choice. My last day of work is Tuesday. I love the show so much. I've made some beautiful friends. I love TR Knight. I love Patrick Dempsey, Justin Chambers... I adore Ellen Pompeo. I think she's a strong, incredible woman. And Katherine Heigl is the most beautiful creature on Earth."
