Katherine Heigl Gets Ready for the Holidays

Enjoying a day away from her normal duties, Katherine Heigl was spotted braving some rainy weather on a lunch and holiday shopping excursion yesterday (December 17).

The “Grey’s Anatomy” babe treated her mother and some friends to a delicious lunch at Comme Ca in Los Angeles after having been turned away from Mozza as it was closed.

Then Heigl and her peeps headed over to Table Art on Melrose Avenue where she spent over two hours picking out dinner wear.

Up next for Katherine is a starring role in a film based on the true story of a woman who escaped a polygamist marriage. “Escape” is the story of Carolyn Jessop, who snuck out of a religious cult with her eight children.
