Katharine McPhee: City of Hope Charity Chick

Always up for a charitable outing, Katharine McPhee stepped out for the City of Hope's "12 Stops of Christmas" at Hollywood and Highland in Hollywood on Wednesday (December 16).

The "American Idol" alum was in quite the cheerful mood, smiling away as she got a haircut from a dressed-up Edward Scissorhands.

Miss McPhee proceeded on to take a seat in a set-up booth, signing autographs and handing out free CD's to the crowd of assembled fans on-hand.

Meanwhile, Katharine is currently lined up to appear on the Larry King Christmas Special on CNN, which will be taped on December 23rd.
