Kate Hudson: Shopping in the Big Easy

Taking some time off from her grueling schedule, Kate Hudson was spotted doing a little retail therapy in New Orleans, Louisiana yesterday (February 1).

The “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” actress looked a bit worn out as she strolled around the French Quarter sporting a sans-makeup look and casual clothes.

Miss Hudson is in the Big Easy to work on her new flick “Earthbound,” also starring Whoopi Goldberg, Kathy Bates, and Gael Garcia Bernal.

“Earthbound” is a comedy about a guarded woman who finds out she's dying of cancer, but when she meets her match, the threat of falling in love is scarier than death.
