Kate Hudson Gets Grilled About A-Rod

Showing off her gorgeous gams, Kate Hudson made an appearance on the "Late Show with David Letterman" in New York City on Thursday evening (December 10).

After greeting fans lining the Ed Sullivan Theatre entrance, the "Fool's Gold" actress headed inside to promote her new movie, "Nine," which hits theaters on December 25th.

And while Miss Hudson was there to chat about her latest film, talks quickly turned to her romance with Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez.

"Let's talk about the Yankees," Letterman said. "You're a big Yankees fan and you're friends with Alex Rodriguez - is that the deal?"

Unwilling to dish on her personal affairs, Kate laughed as she replied, "Yeah, he's a friend of mine. Nice guy."

Trying to change the subject, Miss Hudson then said, "Oh God, can't we talk about the holidays? Can't we talk about Christmas?"

Answering back, Letterman responded, "Yes, let's talk about Thanksgiving. Did Alex Rodriguez come to your house for Thanksgiving?"

"You can't help yourself!" Hudson laughed.
