Josh Duhamel's Holiday Joy

Taking all the necessary steps to keep his fit physique in top notch form, Josh Duhamel was spotted getting a jump on the Christmas dinner calories in Brentwood on Thursday (December 24).

The "Transformers" hunk joined his personal trainer for an intense jogging session, showing off his Minnesota Vikings pride as he worked up a sweat during the day's workout.

Meanwhile, Mr Duhamel was quite excited about being home with wife Fergie over the Christmas holidays after the two spent much of their time apart due to busy work schedules.

He told press, “This Christmas I get to go home and we get to have a lot of time together so that’s nice. It’s my favorite time and she is everything to me. I can’t wait.”
