Jon Gosselin's Post-Divorce Cheer

Fresh off of the finalization of his divorce, Jon Gosselin was spotted having lunch in Reading, Pennsylvania on Friday afternoon (December 18).

With paparazzi following along, the former TLC reality star offered up a big grin for the cameras as he puffed away on a cigarette while chatting on his cell phone.

Meanwhile, the latest reports from Jon's divorce settlement with Kate tell that papa Gosselin has been ordered to pay child support as high as 5 figures a month.

Unfortunately for Mr Gosselin, a court order stemming from his feud with TLC bans him from lining up jobs until the matter is settled - which will surely make it quite difficult for him to hold up his end of the payments.
