Jon Gosselin's Audio Tape Woes

Dealing with legal matters is nothing new for him so it comes as no surprise that Jon Gosselin has yet another issue in his hands.

According to a report, an audio tape surfaced today (November 23) that allegedly features Gosselin’s manager, Mike Heller, discussing money deals that breach his exclusive contract with “TLC.”

Reportedly, the taped phone call was between Heller and Michael Lohan discussing a deal with E! for a substantial amount of money. The revealing recording comes as TLC is seeking a preliminary injunction against Gosselin for such deals.

Meanwhile, the former “Jon & Kate Plus 8” star will be meeting with a divorce arbitrator on Dec. 21 to split financial assets with estranged wife, Kate.
