Jon Gosselin: Sued By TLC

After escorting the children to the bus stop to start the day, Jon Gosselin was seen going to a local diner in Reading, Pennsylvania for breakfast on Friday (October 16).

The reality star dad has hit the headlines once more - as he's now facing a lawsuit filed by TLC after he halted production of the family's reality show.

Breaking reports tell that TLC filed the lawsuit earlier today in Maryland, charging Jon with breaching his contract.

"The network has been trying privately and patiently for months to get Jon to honor the contract he signed and to comply with his obligations relating to public appearances and statements," reads a statement released by the network. "Those efforts have been unsuccessful."
