Jon Gosselin Clears Up Missing Money Matters

Trying to keep himself out of trouble with the courts, Jon Gosselin has reportedly held up his end of the bargain by returning cash to an account he shared with ex-wife Kate.

And while Papa Gosselin has done his part, his attorney, Mark Heller, claims that Miss Gosselin is now the one that's breaking her orders by not returning $55,000 which she took.

"Unless something happens today [with Kate] she will be going through contempt proceedings Monday," Heller said.

Meanwhile, Heller wouldn't confirm that Jon returned his full $180,000, although he did say, "I can tell you that we’ve done what we needed to do to extricate Jon from any issues concerning contempt."
