Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman: Opposing Stories

Despite his lack of a TV gig, Jon Gosselin's is still embroiled in real-life drama, and this time it could be a crime of passion.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, the “Jon and Kate Plus 8” father’s New York City apartment was ransacked over the weekend while he was in Pennsylvania with his family.

And the culprit is believed to be Hailey Glassman, one of Jon’s mistresses who recently claimed she wanted nothing to do with him.

Most recently, Gosselin’s attorney Mark Heller told press, “Hailey Glassman is going to jail. It’s as simple as that. The building security tape will not lie and the evidence will speak for itself.”

He claims Glassman was caught on surveillance video trashing Jon’s apartment and stealing various belongings, including a plasma-screen television.

Meanwhile, Hailey’s lawyer has claimed the whole ordeal is “a huge publicity stunt,” and that someone is trying to frame Miss Glassman for the incident.

A police spokesperson told press, "They weren't able to prove it was her [Glassman], but they are still looking at her."
