Jon and Kate Gosselin Finalize Divorce

Officially no longer husband and wife, Jon and Kate Gosselin have finalized their highly public divorce.

After ten years of marriage, Judge Arthur Tilson put the final stamp on the TLC ex-couple's proceedings by signing off on the final divorce papers.

With plans of separating their assets amongst one another, Kate's lawyer told press that she "will continue to reside with all eight of her children in the former marital home."

Of drawing an end to the courtroom split, Kate said, "I am very relieved that our divorce has been finalized, and I look forward to the New Year, focusing on our children and restructuring our lives."
