Jessica Simpson: Suing Star Magazine?

She’s been slighted by tabloids plenty of times in the past, but this time Jessica Simpson may be looking to get some justice.

According to a report, the “Come on Over” songstress is so upset about Star magazine’s claim that she was linked to Tiger Woods that she’s threatening legal action.

In their story, Star quoted a source as saying, “Tiger liked what he saw and let her know it,” referring to their meeting at the AT&T National Pro-Am golf tournament in which her ex-boyfriend Tony Romo teamed with Woods.

The tabloid also claimed that Simpson and Woods exchanged phone numbers and email addresses after hitting it off.

However, Jessica took to her Twitter page to clear things up. “Can't believe that I'm on the cover of star magazine with Tiger Woods, what a JOKE! 'The Shocking Inside Story' is (insert drumroll) A LIE!"
