Jessica Simpson: Staying Positive

She’s taken quite a media beating since showing up onstage last weekend with a curvier figure. And during last night’s concert in Charlottesville, Virginia, Jessica Simpson urged her fans to stay positive.

The 28-year-old songbird graciously addressed her fans, saying, "Thank you for your support. Stay positive, and pray out loud! I love you guys, good night."

In another dose of advice from the stage, Simpson announced, "Please remember, no matter what you go through in life, somebody else might have it harder. So just appreciate. I feel like in our world today we focus on so many things that are completely pointless."

And in a heartfelt note of gratitude for everyone stick by her through all of this, she said, "I want to thank my fans. You're the most wonderful, loyal fans in the world."
