Jessica Simpson Looks Good!

One of the best ways to make your ex wish he had never dumped you is to concentrate on looking your hottest in the public eye. And it looks like Jessica Simpson is on the right track.

Earlier this summer, the Gossip Girls covered the steamy relationship between the former Mrs. Nick Lachey and “No Such Thing” singer John Mayer. And when it ended, it ended badly.

But now it seems that Miss Simpson is more concerned about being the hottie that she is than her rocker ex-boyfriend. Yesterday, she was in New York City looking ravishing in a silky black getup with matching black-and-white striped purse.

The “Sweetest Sin” singer may have fallen on hard times in her love life, but sitting around sulking about it won’t do her any good. On the other hand, getting back in the game and looking her best seems to be working much better for Jessica.
