Jessica Simpson: Another Go at Reality Television

Despite the fact that her first experience with reality television ended in the demise of her marriage to Nick Lachey, Jessica Simpson is ready to give the genre another shot.

The “Come on Over” songstress reportedly visited multiple networks to pitch a reality series that centers on the superficial scrutiny women encounter in society.

An inside source told press, “She and a friend set off on a road trip around the world in search of what people find beautiful and why.” The show is called “The Price of Beauty.”

Simpson’s rep corroborated that she’s in the market with a new gig. "Jessica is indeed working on a new show, but network details have not been finalized at this time."
